as a manager just new posting in a factory, few problems found in the new place: productivity low, not quality work, relationship in between staff and even the boss always tense. how to solve these problems using creatif and proactive way?
Make others accountable for their work. Do your job the best that you can. Set pace for productivity,inspect work periodically, set fraternization rules, and take some of the load off the boss. Good Luck
